Stopping smoking with hypnotherapy, EFT & NLP

If you know you are ready to stop smoking and would like that extra push to get things moving, hypnotherapy and other techniques such as EFT can help you to make quick and lasting changes.

Unlike many other hypnotherapists I use a variety of techniques and work with my clients over two sessions to ensure long-lasting success.

The first session lasts approximately two hours and during this time I will work with you to assess what, if any, fears or blocks you may have about stopping smoking and letting go of this habit. During this session I will teach you a speedy technique for letting go of any fears, cravings, or faulty thinking about your smoking habit. The positive aspects of stopping smoking will then be reinforced by a long hypnosis session.

The second session, two weeks after the first, is very much a booster session, when any remaining issues will be worked on and further positive suggestions will be given in hypnosis.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs.

Unlike other methods, stopping smoking through using hypnosis does not require willpower. Neither do you need a rock-solid belief that you can change. So long as you are genuinely 100% committed to stopping smoking, and prepared to work at changing your habits, it should work for you.

As your commitment to change is all-important, I will help you to assess whether you are ready. If there are any areas which bring up issues, or doubts, I will always recommend that you work to resolve these first before going ahead with any sessions.
