Easy to learn and quick techniques

I actively encourage all my clients to learn quick and effective techniques such as self-hypnosis, EFT and various NLP processes in order that they can work on their issues in-between sessions to speed the change process and the resolution of their problems.

Some clients come for sessions just to learn these techniques so that they can work on their problems in their own time.
